REQUIREMENTS
Required Materials Checklist:
  1. Current resume
  2. Statement of Mu Phi Epsilon participation (100-250 words)
  3. Most recent unofficial college transcript
  4. Brief professional bio (100 words max)
  5. Statement of goals as an educator (250-500 words)
  6. A detailed budget
  7. Two current letters of recommendation
  8. $20 Application Fee
